My name is Dr Moazzam Islam Tiwana.  I did my B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxilla, Pakistan, in 2001, and a M.A.Sc. degree in Digital Telecommunication Systems from ENST, Paris, France in 2007 and a Ph.D. degree in Mobile Communications from Telecom SudParis Paris, France, in 2010. My PHD was with the R&D Group of Orange Labs of France Telecom. The topic of my PHD was “Automated Healing and Optimization of the 4G and beyond networks”. I have more than ten years of industrial and academic experience with research publications in the reputed international journals. Through this blog I will be sharing with you my knowledge of 3G, LTE, Matlab implementations and other cool stuff.
